Patrick Yam is CEO of Sensei Partners LLC, an early stage Menlo Park based venture capital firm. His 25+ year career include responsibilities as a Financial and Technology Executive, Institutional Investor and Macro-Economist with significant experience in “Company Building,” investment banking, investment management, and venture capital. He has been associated with the Federal Reserve, Lehman Brothers, Citicorp Investment Bank, and Matthews International Management. He is a successful investor with over two decades + in various alternative investment classes and a respected global financial adviser to public and private economic sectors. A published author, he teaches and lectures on entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business where he is the Dean’s Executive Professor of Entrepreneurship, and a former faculty member of the Venture Capital Institute.
